El Ocote
Bordered on the north by the dam Netzahualcóyotl (Malpaso), the South with the Sale River, the east by the Sierra Twenty Properties and the West with the confluence of the Rivers Encajonado (black) and La Venta.

The jungle "El Ocote", was populated by indigenous Zoques. The access roads to the reservation, are the Panamerican highway and road terraceria Ocozocuautla-Embarcadero.

La Encrucijada

It is located in southern state of Chiapas, in the Pacific coastal plain. It comprises part of the Municipalities of Pijijiapan, Mapastepec, Acapetahua, Huixtla, Villa Comaltitlán and Mazatán. Their access is possible by federal highway 200 in the stretch between Mapastepec and Huixtla.

It is a wetland of international importance for biodiversity protection.
