San Pedro Chenalho, 30 km from San Cristobal de las Casas, occupies a furrowed by a river valley between crops of coffee, oranges, bananas and peaches.

In the church, the saints wear costumes that identify the Tzotzil community. As in other populations of the region, here the beauty and tradition are evident in textiles and holidays.
